Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Confidence Suites, we understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of our business and the reservation of private rental spaces, all payments and deposits made to reserve suites are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

Suite deposits or rental payments are made to secure your chosen room and block that time exclusively for you. Once a deposit or payment is submitted, that space is no longer available for others to book. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or early move-outs.

 

If you need to reschedule your lease start date or have a change in plans, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if space and scheduling allow, but any changes are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of management.

 

In the rare event that Confidence Suites must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

 

By booking or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
